Fall is here and in keeping with the best research and field data recommendations, I have stopped training aerobic capacity and muslcular endurance. Instead, I have (in preparation for the 2008 triathlon "summer season") started training more strength, power, and speed. I will discuss these terms in more detail in future posts. These are photos and, not very good quality, videos taken from a training session with Ty & Jordan down in Jordan's training area. Jordan bought a sea-container and a bunch of random equipment (tires, sledgehammers, straps, free weights) and combined with his existing weights and basic equipment has put together an optimal training environment for development of strength, speed, and power.
