Push-Up Hold 1-Arm Rows

This is a great exercise for trunk or "fulcrum" stabilization. It has been around for awhile and called many different things, but no matter what you call it - it is a challenging exercise. Hand weights are optional and add another level of difficulty. The goal is to maintain flat, stable, and "quiet" hips while rotating through the torso and shoulders only.
