Stand up, sit down, work, work, work! - HomeWork #9 - 2012

Continuing on with the HomeWork series based upon the "10 reasons" why Americans are fat.
We move on to #9.

Workplace.

We have all done it.  We have all tried some sort of alternative to sitting in our chairs at work.  Well, here it is again.
For the next 7 to 10 days, mix up your work position.  If you stand, kneel, or lunge, or something different than just standing there...  If you sit, stand.  If you sit and you can't stand then sit on something other than your regular chair.  Perhaps even change it up everyday, with a new type of sitting device.
