Hello All,
They say that a little bit goes a long way (of the right thing, of course).
[Whoever ‘they’ are...]
So this week we will put that idea to good use...
Each day this week perform 100 “jumping jacks”
It may sound like a lot, but you have 24 hours in which to complete the 100 repetitions.
Then start again the next day.
Doesn’t matter if you do all 100 at a time, or you split it up into smaller numbers each hour, or 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening, etc. Just as long as you complete all 100 between the time you wake up and go to bed.
Here’s an idea – you can get a big chunk of them done at 4:20 during your 1 minute of activity!
Sounds silly, but isn’t that part of the point of this Weekly HomeWork thing?
If you would like to watch some very interesting, and I will admit, a bit motivating, videos - check out:

Have a great week,
