Eating Out.

This is a no-brainer...
For the next 7 to 10 days, NO EATING OUT.  No fast food, no slow food at a restaurant of any type.  This does not include friend and/or family who actually prepare a home cooked meal.
(and for those of who you believe that Ronald McDonald is a close friend...  Be aware that he only loves you for your happy meal dollar$)
